REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Controls that support responsible movement.

This page provides a high-level overview of the way MonieAccess approaches compliance, safeguarding, and public accountability across the website and related services.

PUBLIC COMPLIANCE OVERVIEW

Operational care, with clear limits.

Last updated: August 2026.

Risk-based compliance approach

MonieAccess aims to operate with a risk-based compliance framework that reflects the services offered, the jurisdictions involved, and the responsibilities of relevant partners and providers. Controls are designed to evolve as products, regulations, and operating models change.

Identity, screening, and verification

Where products require onboarding or access controls, identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud checks, and ongoing monitoring may be applied based on the service and the legal requirements that attach to it. Requirements can differ across countries, corridors, and customer types.

Monitoring and suspicious activity controls

Transactions, account behaviour, and operational events may be reviewed for fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure, money-laundering indicators, and other risks. Where appropriate, additional checks, restrictions, or reporting obligations may apply.

Safeguarding and security

Compliance depends on strong operational controls as well as policy. MonieAccess pairs legal and compliance processes with security measures, access controls, record keeping, audit support, and incident-management procedures designed to protect customers, partners, and the platform.

Jurisdiction-specific limits

Not every service is available in every jurisdiction. Product availability may depend on licensing, partner coverage, onboarding status, local laws, or restrictions that apply to particular customer categories or use cases.

Third-party and partner oversight

Some services may rely on third-party banks, payment processors, custodians, liquidity providers, identity-verification vendors, or other regulated partners. MonieAccess may depend on those providers for parts of the compliance and operational framework linked to a given service.

Complaints and escalation

If you have a compliance-related question, concern, or escalation request, please contact support with clear details so the matter can be routed appropriately. Product-specific complaints may require additional information and may be handled under the process of the relevant entity or service provider.

Important note

This page is a high-level public overview and does not replace product terms, disclosures, licensing notices, or entity-specific compliance documentation. Where a more specific document applies, that document should be treated as the controlling reference.
